Work and Payment Authorization Policy
Effective for all service requests at RFX Automotive

Work Authorization
By requesting services through RFX Automotive, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You authorize RFX Automotive to perform the necessary repairs as outlined in the written estimate provided by our team or your insurance provider. This estimate includes labor, parts, and diagnostic fees.
• Parts prices listed in the estimate reflect current rates but may be subject to change based on manufacturer pricing updates.
• In the event additional parts or labor are required upon further inspection, we will contact you for prior approval before proceeding.
• You authorize employees of RFX Automotive to operate your vehicle as necessary for testing, inspection, or delivery purposes.
• You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to repair. RFX Automotive is not liable for the loss or damage of personal items left inside the vehicle, including in cases of fire, theft, accident, or any other unforeseen circumstance.
• RFX Automotive reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at any time, especially in cases of misconduct, disputes, or refusal to authorize required repairs.

Payment Authorization
By authorizing service, you also agree to the following payment terms:

• You authorize all applicable insurance payments and supplements to be made directly to RFX Automotive.
• You appoint RFX Automotive as your attorney-in-fact to receive and endorse checks, drafts, or other payment instruments issued for the purpose of covering repair costs.
• You are responsible for paying any insurance deductible, depreciation, or amounts not covered by your insurance, including labor, parts, or materials required to return your vehicle to its pre-accident condition.
• Unless alternative arrangements are made in writing, all charges must be paid in full before the vehicle is released.
• A storage fee of $200 per day will be charged starting 24 hours after notification that repairs are complete.
• An express mechanic’s lien is acknowledged on the vehicle to secure payment for all work performed.
• In the event legal action is required to collect payment, you agree to cover any reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs incurred.
• In the event of any dispute, all repair work will be paused until the matter is resolved. Payment for all work completed to date will be due immediately.
